Emma is Registered Counselling Therapy Candidate (RCT-C25-059) licensed by the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists.
She is an integrative therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed support for individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. Creating a warm and non-judgmental environment, she empowers clients to explore their emotions and embrace personal growth.
Emma utilizes evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder, borderline personality disorder, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. She collaborates with clients to develop practical skills for lasting well-being and offers virtual therapy services across Canada (excluding Quebec).
